Energy Lab community

An Innovation Booster

The Energy Lab, an Innosuisse Booster, is an innovation ecosystem consisting of more than 200 proactive partners and relevant research institutions in Switzerland, whose mission is to boost the energy transition through joint innovations. In a multistage bottom-up, agile process solution approaches are generated with real impact and economic benefits for implementation partners.

DISSCO has been an active member of the initiative, principally involved in planning and co-organising activities with partners across the Energy Lab community, that help foster the fruitful interaction between the members, in so-called community sessions.

Indicatively, in the yearly organized ‘Unconference’ DISSCO has planned several activities in support of the Energy Lab community. For example, we co-organised a visioning workshop, designed to play a community bingo, co-created a workshop on the train to forge connections between the participants, and created dyi pins and buttons with Energy Lab related messages! 

Moreover, in order to engage industry partners, we produced and sent out postcards with already paid stamps included, so that they could send them back to us with ideas and suggestions about which energy related challenges to priotitise.
